Fear

Here's a Chance for me to show off my Skilz
Because I need to for class, here is a poem i wrote on FEAR


If it takes a thousand years,
Eventually my strength will prevail
And I will rid myself of my fear

I wish for a soulmate to love me
I will succeed, I will not fail
If it takes a thousand years

I long for someone to hold me
I'm battered, fragile, and frail
But I will rid myself of fear

I wish that you could set me free
And I would see you in your veil.
If it takes me a thousand years

Under the shade of an aspen tree
I promise myself with you I will sail
And i will rid myself of fear.

Now you said you loved me, for all eternity
And even if i still turn pale
If it takes me a thousand years
I will rid myself of fear.
